會員守則


本會致力推廣踢拳運動,除培養個人對踢拳運動的知識及技巧外,更注重會員的健康及品格修養,藉此為社會作出回饋及貢獻。

  1. 本守則對中國香港自由搏擊總會 (下稱「本會」) 之所有會員 (下稱「會員」) 均有約束力,會員只包括團體會員。
  2. 本會屬於中華人民共和國香港特別行政區的運動體育總會。會員必須遵守中華人民共和國香港特別行政區的法律和本會的守則。凡申請本會會籍及以會員身份,即表示支持本會宗旨及同意受本會員守則 (包括不時生效之條款及條件) 約束。
  3. 所有會籍申請及續期須經本會批准,本會有絕對酌情權批准或不批准有關申請及續期而無須作任何解釋。
  4. 當申請會籍續期時,會員必須應本會要求,證明其符合本會會員之資格並提交本會所需之證明文件,以供批核。
  5. 本會之會籍不得轉讓,若法定主事人或管理層有所更改,必須以書面通知本會。
  6. 本會之所有教練、裁判、拳證等,必須經本會評核及認證。經本會簽發的證書方為有效。
    在任何情況下,非「中國香港自由搏擊總會」所發出的證書,本會一概不承認。
  7. 證書只供獲發該證書之會員登記會址使用,不得轉讓及複印。
  8. 會員於被批核會籍後,即有資格參與本會提供之比賽/培訓/考試認證等活動,惟須接受本會於提供該等活動訂明之任何特定條款及條件限制。
  9. 本會有絕對酌情權隨時終止任何比賽/培訓/考試認證等活動及/或其運作,而無須向會員發出通知或給予任何理由。
  10. 本會有權選用會員參加本會活動之相片/影片/參賽選手之個人資料等素材,作媒體推廣及宣傳之用。
  11. 本會為WAKO IF、WAKO AISA 獨家授權及認證成為 WAKO HK。未經本會同意/授權,不得擅用本會及屬於本會的所有商標/會徽(包括本會、WAKO HK等商標/會徽)作任何用途。
  12. 未經本會書面同意,會員不得利用本會或本會資料或文件作任何商業、不道德或不合法用途。
  13. 倘若會員作出有損害總會聲譽或違反本會會員守則的行為,本會紀律委員會會召開紀律聽證會或終止有關會員之會籍,而本會之決定爲最後及終極性裁決。被終止會籍之會員將停止享有會籍所授予之任何權利、福利或優惠,而且不再有權參與本會舉辦之活動。被終止會籍之會員於收到終止會籍之通知後須立即向本會交還證書正本。
  14. 本會就任何人士包括任何商戶或店舖拒絕承兌會員證與及商戶所提供之貨品及/或服務,概不負責。
  15. 本會無須為任何因會員之會籍或與會籍關連而直接或間接導致或引起任何性質之損失、索償、費用、收費或支出,向任何會員或任何其他人士承擔責任或法律責任。
  16. 會籍申請及續期一經本會接納後,將獲本會發出證書及續期證書。證書在任何情況下均為本會之財物,本會有權隨時撤銷該證書之效力及/或終止會員之 會籍而無須給予任何理由。本會亦有權要求會員歸還證書予本會。
  17. 本會有絕對酌情權不時更改本會員守則,並以其認爲合適之任何方式通知會員任何上述之更改。除非會籍在更改生效並載明於向會員通知之日期前被歸還 本會以便註銷,否則會員須受該等已更改之守則約束。
  18. 對於任何違反上述任何條件,私自存取及非法干擾網頁的行為,本會保留法律追究的權利。
  19. 本網站之所有內容(包括但不限於所載文字及圖像及其排列方式)均屬香港踢拳總會所有。未經香港踢拳總會書面許可或授權,不得擅自將任何文字或圖像分發、複製、修改或載於 閣下之伺服器或文件內,或修改或引用本系統所載文字或圖像。香港踢拳總會保留追究及其他一切權利。
  20. 任何人士均不得將本網站所載一切視為以暗示、反言或其他方式向任何人士授出香港踢拳總會或第三者之專利權、商標或所有權附帶之特許權或權利。除上文明確規定者外,任何人士均不得將本網站所載一切視為向任何人士授出香港踢拳總會之版權附帶之特許權或權利。
  21. 本守則受香港特別行政區法律管轄並按香港特別行政區法律解釋。
  22. 本守則之英文文本及中文文本在文義上如有任何歧異,概以英文文本為準。

Membership Regulations

Hong Kong, China Kickboxing Association is committed to promoting kickboxing. In addition to cultivating personal knowledge and skills of kickboxing, it also pays more attention to the health and character cultivation of members, so as to make feedback and contributions to the society.

  1. This regulation is binding on all members (“members”) of the Hong Kong Kickboxing Association (“the Association”). Members only include group members .
  2. This Association belongs to the General Sports Association of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China. Members must respect by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China and the rules of the Association. Anyone who applies for membership of the Association and as a member means that they support the purpose of the Association and agree to be bound by the membership regulation (including terms and conditions effective from time to time).
  3. All membership applications and renewals must be approved by the Association. The Association has the absolute discretion to approve or disapprove the applications and renewals without any explanation.
  4. When applying for membership renewal, members must, at the request of the Association, prove that they meet the membership qualifications of the Association and submit the supporting documents required by the Association for approval.
  5. The membership of the Association is not transferable. If the legal principal or management changes, the Association must be notified in writing.
  6. The certificate is only for the registered address of the member who has issued the certificate, and cannot be transferred or copied.
  7. After membership approval, members are eligible to participate in competitions/training/examination certification and other activities provided by the Association, subject to any specific terms and conditions stipulated by the Association in providing such activities.
  8. The Association has the absolute discretion to terminate any competition/training/examination certification and other activities and/or its operation at any time without any notice or reason to the member.
  9. The Association has the right to use materials such as photos/videos/personal data of contestants that members participate in the activities of the Association for media promotion and publicity.
  10. Without the written consent of the Association, members shall not use the Association or its materials or documents for any commercial, immoral or illegal purposes.
  11. If a member commits an act that damages the reputation of the Association or violates the membership regulations of the Association, the Disciplinary Committee of the Association will hold a disciplinary hearing or terminate the membership of the member concerned, and the decision of the Association shall be the final and final ruling. Members whose membership has been terminated will cease to enjoy any rights, benefits or privileges granted by their membership, and will no longer have the right to participate in activities organized by the Association. The member whose membership has been terminated must return the original certificate to the Association immediately after receiving the notice of termination of membership.
  12. The Association is not responsible for any person, including any merchant or shop, who refuses to accept the membership card and the goods and/or services provided by the merchant.
  13. The Association shall not be liable or liable to any member or any other person for any loss, claim, fee, charge or expenditure of any nature directly or indirectly caused or caused by the membership of the member or its connection with the membership.
  14. Once the membership application and renewal are accepted by the Association, a certificate and renewal certificate will be issued by the Association. The certificate is the property of the Association under any circumstances, and the Association has the right to revoke the validity of the certificate and/or terminate the membership of the member at any time without giving any reason. The Association also has the right to request members to return certificates to the Association.
  15. The Association has the absolute discretion to change this Member Regulation from time to time, and notify members of any such changes in any way it deems appropriate. Unless the membership change takes effect and is stated to be returned to the Association for cancellation before the date of notification to the member, the member shall be bound by the changed rules.
  16. This regulation is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  17. If there is any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version of this Regulation, the English version shall prevail.

Hong Kong, China Kickboxing Association committed to protect the privacy in accordance with Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (“PDPO”). Please read the following to learn more about our privacy policy. This policy applies to the treatment of the membership information.

  1. Information Collection and Use : While applying to be one of our members, we may ask you to provide us with certain organization or personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you and your organization. Organization and personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to organization name (“Organization Information”).
  2. Transfers to Third Parties : We may provide such Organization Information to (i) any agent, contractor, or third party service provider who provides services to us, (ii) any other person under a duty of confidentiality to us, (iii) any person to whom we are under an obligation to make disclosure under any requirements of law, (iv) our successor and assigns, and (v) any other organizations, for the purposes set out in paragraph 1 above or any other directly related purpose.
  3. Transfers of Data to Outside Hong Kong : In furtherance of the purposes set out in this policy, we may have to transfer the Organization Information to another jurisdiction outside Hong Kong which may not have laws protecting personal data similar to the PDPO. By submitting your Organization Information, you are deemed to have consented to such transfers.
  4. Security of Your Organization Information : We will strive to ensure an appropriate level of protection for your Organization Information in order to prevent unauthorized access, processing or other use of that data, commensurate with the sensitivity of the data and the harm that would be caused by unauthorized access to that data. We will review our security measures from time to time in order to maintain the confidentiality.
  5. Amendments : We may amend this policy from time to time. Such amended policy will be displayed in our official office. If we make any material changes to our policy, we will alert you by posting a notice on our website.
  6. Accuracy of Data : We will at all times endeavour to ensure the accuracy of your Organization Information collected and processed by us. In accordance with the PDPO, you may request access to, and correction of, your Organization Information being held by us. We also pleased that you will inform us any material changes of your Organization Information as soon as possible.
